When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 3-6 business days from payment.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your package.

Who do you ship with?

All packages are shipped USPS. 

What if my package is damaged?

Orders that added Route protection will be covered. If you did not add Route to your order, I am not responsible for damages, lost or stolen packages etc.

What is route?

Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you - to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen - is calculated based on the subtotal of the order and the partnership between Route and the merchant. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection.

Can I cancel my order or make changes?

Once the order is placed, no changes can be made. Please ensure shipping address and sizes are correct before placing your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to this boutique being a one woman show, returns for refunds are not accepted. If you receive and item and it doesn't fit or it's not what you expected, you may exchange it or return the item for store credit only. I cannot promise that the size you want will be available by the time the exchange has ended. If you need another size, I recommend purchasing the correct size ASAP! Then begin the exchange process. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Sale items or final sale items are not available for exchange or return.
